🌾 Live the Farm Life at Campbell Land – Where Internships Grow More Than Food
Campbell Land is more than just a farm—it's a living classroom, a welcoming home, and a place where young people from around the world grow into confident, capable leaders. Nestled in the heart of northern Alberta, our multi-generational family farm has been proudly hosting farm interns and volunteers for over a decade.
We’re committed to sustainability, self-reliance, and service to others. Our mission is rooted in traditional values—growing food with care, respecting the land, and creating meaningful human connections. Everything we do is guided by one question: Is this good for people, the planet, and our animals?
🌱 What to Expect From a Farm Internship at Campbell Land
As an intern, you’ll become an active part of daily farm life—gaining valuable life skills through farming, deepening your understanding of how farm work builds leadership, and exploring how food, nature, and hard work come together to create a meaningful life.
Your focus can be tailored to your personal goals. Interns may specialize in:
-
Harvesting and field management
-
Animal care & farming techniques
-
