🌱 What to Expect From a Farm Internship at Campbell Land

As an intern, you’ll become an active part of daily farm life—gaining valuable life skills through farming, deepening your understanding of how farm work builds leadership, and exploring how food, nature, and hard work come together to create a meaningful life.

Your focus can be tailored to your personal goals. Interns may specialize in:​

• Harvesting and field management

• Animal care & farming techniques

• crop scouting

• Equipment maintenance

• Cooking and preserving with farm fresh ingredients

We’ll work with you to shape your experience based on your interests, goals, and educational needs. Whether you're seeking hands-on training for a career in agriculture or exploring what it's like to live on a Canadian farm, Campbell Land offers a rich, rewarding path.

This internship is perfect for:

• Individuals aged 18+ who are physically and emotionally healthy

• Canadians, permanent residents, or visa-holding international students

You don’t need farm experience—just willingness, reliability, and a good attitude.

🌅 Our Expectations

We offer a full-season farm internship from May through October. Weather and crops don’t follow a clock, so flexibility is key.

We ask that interns commit to:

• Full-time availability for manual farm work (including early mornings and some weekends)

• Being a team player who puts the needs of the farm and community first

• Embracing hard work, honest communication, and mutual respect

• A genuine desire to grow—personally, professionally, and spiritually
